Our meals are inspired by plates from the States, but created using Italian raw ingredients. We source fresh, organic ingredients and make as much in-house as we can, including our sauces, breads, desserts, and patties.
We don’t want to exclude anyone from enjoying our menu, which means vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options are always available.

Rooster sant’Egidio was born in 2017 from a need to bring some real Brunch culture to the heart of Florence.
Soon the word spread and Rooster became an institution in search of a bigger environment, that’s when Rooster Porta Rossa was created in 2018.
